Index Funds have relatively lower expenses than actively managed funds. NIFTY 100 represents top 100 companies based on full market capitalization from NIFTY 500. The inception date of Axis Nifty 100 Index Fund is 18th October 2019. The benchmark is NIFTY 100 Index TRI. This fund is suitable for investments more than 3 years. 

The reason why GoalTeller advise to invest in this fund is due to its low expense ratio of 0.15%. There is exposure to Top 100 large cap stocks. It has better performance among the same category funds. It also provides returns before expenses that closely correspond to the total returns of NIFTY100, subject to tracking errors. NIFTY100 essentially captures the entire large cap universe in the market.
