TCCL is a joint venture between TCL and IFC. Tata Capital Limited (TCL) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) have 80.5% and 19.5% shareholding, respectively rated CRISIL AAA . The company offers a wide range of financial solutions and advisory services to businesses and enterprises operating in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and water management.
The terms of Investment may be elucidated such that these are structured as Market linked debentures having minimum investment of Rs 10 lakhs. The issuance quantum is Rs. 75 cr + Rs. 125 cr. The yield (as on 18th July 2022) is 7.135% XIRR. The tenor is 23 months. The bonds was issued from 12th July 2022.
